An avid lover of style and the latest trends, Lori Fickling has been practicing interior design for more than 20 years in her spare time. Choosing to persue her passion full time, Lori founded The Design Company DFW in July 2006 to offer Dallas / Fort Worth area a fresh, innovative approach to design, bringing life to every space.
Previous full-time positions have give Lori an extensive background in business operations and client services. She most recently served as the president of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. Lori has also owned her own retail business, served as owner/editor/writer of a local newspaper and worked as a residential/commercial real estate agent.
Lori resides in Flower Mound, Texas, with her husband Mike.
